The exact wording may vary depending on the context and the requirements of the applicable affiliate program.
The FTC specifically advises that burying an affiliate disclosure on an About page, Terms page, or other obscure location is not sufficient by itself.

You are free to research products independently and purchase them directly from the retailer or through another source.
Our affiliate relationships do not change the price you pay for a product unless the retailer itself changes the price.
